Booking

1. Send a request with your preferred date, time and format (clinic visit or video consult).

Clinic visits

• Please arrive 10 minutes early with scans, reports and a medicines list
• Sometimes the doctor runs late because of a patient who needs extra time. We will tell you if the delay is long

Video consultations

• Join from a quiet place with good light, and keep scans and reports ready to show or send
• For a child, a parent or guardian must join

Rescheduling and cancelling

• Prepaid fees for a cancellation with enough notice are refunded in full, or moved to a new slot if you prefer

If we cancel

If Rehabify cancels or the doctor cannot attend, you can choose a new slot or a full refund.

Technical problems

If a video consult fails because of a problem at our end and cannot be completed, we will offer a new slot or a full refund. If the problem is at your end, we will try a phone call or a new slot at no extra charge where possible.

Refunds

• Fees for consults already completed and procedures already done are not refundable
