Who writes and reviews
Pages are drafted by our content team (Automize Media Labs, the agency that built the site) and by Dr. Dharshan N A. Dr. Dharshan reviews every medical page for accuracy, safety and plain language, and his name and review date appear in the reviewer box. Nothing medical is published without his approval.
Our writing rules
- Plain English, short sentences, terms explained the first time they appear
- Facts only. No "best", no cure claims, no promises of results, no testimonials or patient numbers, as required by the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954
- Where evidence is mixed or weak, we say so
- Warning signs and the emergency line (108 or 112) on symptom pages
- Every page lists its main sources
Sources we use
Clinical guidelines from bodies such as NICE (UK), the World Health Organization, the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Indian Council of Medical Research, and peer-reviewed journals. We do not use other clinics' marketing pages as sources.
AI-assisted content and images
- Text: AI tools may help draft or edit text. A person checks every draft, and the doctor reviews and approves every medical statement. AI tools never give medical advice on this site.
